Support & Tickets

A private-channel support system so members can talk to your staff one-on-one, plus a command anyone can use to flag down staff attention anywhere else on the server.

Command Description Parameters Required Permission
🎫 Open Ticket (button)
Creates a private ticket channel (ticket-username) visible only to that member and your staff. - Everyone
/ticket close
Closes and archives the current ticket channel. - Staff only
/ticket add_user/ticket remove_user
Adds or removes a member's access to the current ticket channel.
  • user Required

The member to add to or remove from the ticket.

Staff only
!giveticket
Aliases: gtgticketgivet
Transfers ownership of the current ticket to another staff member.
  • user Required

The staff member to hand ownership of this ticket to.

Staff only, inside ticket channels only
!help!h
Lets a regular member call for staff help. The alert includes which voice channel the member is in (if any) and their stated reason - up to 4 different alert styles are available (embed-only, plain text, custom text, and more). If an admin runs this command instead, it shows a full list of every bot command (text and slash) with descriptions, rather than sending a help request.
  • reason Optional

    Why you need staff help.

Everyone (5-minute cooldown between uses)

Good to know

  • Extra ticket-panel buttons: Claim (a staff member takes ownership), Add User (via a select menu or a User ID modal), Transfer, and Settings / Delete.
  • You can set the category new tickets are created under, and customize the ticket's opening message, from the Settings category (/set ticket category and /set ticket msg).
  • The '🎫 Open Ticket' button message above isn't sent with a bot command - it's sent from the website. In your server's dashboard, open the sidebar category called "Send Message" (Embed Message Builder), build your message, add a button, and set its type to "Ticket". It's posted directly to whichever channel you pick.
